I didn’t feel that I received a thought-out collaborative treatment, just assigned to PT. I am an avid gym attendee, and was told no restrictions. PT and gym coaches encouraged rest and limited leg exercises as the tendon heals.
Heidi was very informative about my issue. Explaining everything in detail and answering all my questions. I would highly recommend her.
