Heather Sweetwood, PA-C, is a Physician Assistant with 18 years of experience in Vascular Surgery with a special focus on the treatment and care of venous disease. Heather was raised throughout Georgia. She completed her undergraduate studies at The University of Alabama with a major in PreMed Biology with a minor in Psychology. She then went on to earn a Master's in Medical Science Degree in Physician Assistant Studies at Wake Forest University School of Medicine in Winston-Salem, NC.
She prides herself on creating a personal bond with patients and enjoys taking time to educate them on their disease process.
During her free time, Heather loves to travel and spend time with her friends and family. Her hobbies include crafting and watching SEC football.
