I had a great experience today. The PA was very efficient, pleasant, and took the time to clearly explain the procedure she was performing. The office was clean, welcoming, and friendly. Her medical assistant was also wonderful—very personable, thorough, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Overall, I was very pleased with the care I received and would definitely recommend this office.
Very nice and reassuring. She carefully explained what was wrong and the first step to fix. I appreciate that she was honest about the amount of pain and resulting numbness.
