Heather DesRoches is the ultimately fine health care provider. She is professional, knowledgeable, and personable. Moreover, she has a gentle touch when performing procedures such as cleaning the ears. She never seems rushed or shows impatience; rather, she is focused and willing to answer questions with a smile. Truly, she embodies excellence.
This was my first visit with Heather and it was a very pleasant experience. She took the time and care to address all my questions and concerns. I won’t hesitate to follow up with her for any further issues.
