Not very friendly and gave me Augmentin which is the ONLY antibiotic that makes me nauseous, Diarrhea but she insist I take some probiotic that she had 4 samples of instead of just putting me on a cephalaspirin or even a quinalone which has much more of a spectrum than Augmentin which is just another old Amoxicillin with Clavulanate. Now I'm throwing up and dehydrated. That probiotic is absolutely useless. Just another drug to try and put people on due to the side affects of AUGMENTIN! If I had private insurance, then I would've gotten a good antibiotic. Not one that's made me even sicker now. That's why I changed my Dr and usually DO NOT go to DMA. I don't go to the Dr often, but as bad as it sounds, I'll go to the ER next time. Only if I can't get in to see my ACTUAL M.D. I can't stand bad bedside manners. Some P.A. "most"N.P. should take a 12 month class on bedside manners and learn to (LISTEN) to the patient! Very disappointed in D.M.A. not that my expectations were ever high...

She was kind, helpful, and thorough. I appreciated how she explained my test results and treatment. She was also empathetic and assessed mental wellness during a difficult time.

Thorough and caring. I have seen Heather twice now through the walk in clinic, once in 2024 with a shoulder issue that had emerged, through her care and referral to a specialist I have that issue under control.
