Hayley was born and raised in Calgary, Canada where she spent her free time hiking and swimming in the beautiful lakes of the Canadian Rocky Mountains. She moved to Chicago, IL where she completed her undergraduate studies at North Park University. To be honest EVERY provider at this practice is great. They show concern and care for their patients. Haley strive to get me relief from my shoulder/neck pain. She as well as the other providers have listened and ALWAYS resolved the pain so I could carry on with daily life. I appreciate the staff also as they are very kind and compassionate not just with me but with other clients as well.
