My provider exceeded my expectations. After having a negative experience with a previous urologist, Harley took the time to listen to and validate my concerns. She explained things to me clearly, while still acknowledging that I was competent to understand various conditions and my own health. She definitely addressed my need to find real solutions while offering flexibility in my testing and treatment preferences. 10/10 would definitely recommend her for patients who need to have a voice in their medical treatment.

Exceptionally well versed in her field. I love that I did not feel rushed or intimidated. Very patient and thorough when answering all my questions.
I was so happy that I was seen at my scheduled time with no wait after being taken back to the room.

Although I have only had two somewhat brief appointments with Mrs. Williams-Lubatti, I have genuinely enjoyed these interactions. Her friendly and personable demeanor have been on full display, while also bringing much needed information to my attention while also inviting space for any questions and concerns that I might have. It has been a true joy to interact with her and I encourage her to keep up her great work!
