Harley was very good. This appointment was my follow up from a procedure done in my kidney for kidney stones. And I had complications from the procedure and I was admitted to the hospital due to an infection. But these complications were not explain that and some complications are normal. I felt like nothing was explained to me about that prior to today. My main issue was being incontinent and complete numbness (not being able to feel the sensation to urinate) following the procedure. When I brought up questions I was told that it was normal but for me it wasn’t. And it was explained why it was normal. I’ve had other procedures done and this is a new issue for me. I felt like I was left in the dark when I was in the hospital. I asked why it happened and what I can do to about it. I just felt like I wasn’t given the information that I needed.
