Judgemental and did not address acute concerns only chronic concern. No point in circling the parts of body that are currently injured in your paperwork that you have to fill out prior to appointment clearly it is not read. Even when I voiced my pain n certain areas of the body they were not addressed nor assessed. I was asked 2 times what i had already explained the first time about my concerns with the same body part and this PA within a span of 10 minutes had to ask me again and had what I said the first time mixed up. Not to mention when i arrived and was taken back they were going to asses the wrong body part. I can only comment on this PA because I have not had appointments with any others at this facility.
