Both Hannah and Andrea were great. They took their time, and explained things in terms that could be understood by people who did not go to medical school (like me!). If someone is going to stick wires in my back, I want them in on the case!

Long wait time. Although, Hannah was pleasant, I was not pleased with her ability to assist with my pain issues. She seems to be more concerned about removing my oral medication than actually helping with my chronic pain. She lowered the meds without providing an alternative treatment for my pain issues. Basically, it was a waisted 2 hours of my time and my money. I left her office and then went to urgent care to get non-narcotic treatment for my severe chronic pain. I don’t care whether I take an opioid or non-opioid, I just need relief. I prefer to see Dr Sam. At least he listens and attempts to help.
