I have carpel tunnel in my right wrist. Ortho NC has been working with me to remedy this problem. Hannah did a great job of explaining everything about the carpel tunnel ligament band (TCL) and gave me a cortisone shot to reduce inflammation. Very pleased with her knowledge and medical care. Would definitely recommend her medical assistance to anyone needing Ortho care.

Willingly spent the time to explain current treatment and any future treatments. Very pleasant.

Hannah answered all of my questions in detail, which I appreciated. She was very careful checking my incision area and removing the adhesive shield used to protect the area. She provided a DVD with a copy of my X-ray but I have to say that whomever she asked to burn it didn’t check her work and the files weren’t there. I expect that will be corrected next visit.

I ended up needing a cortisone shot, and she was very good about explaining what it was for and walking me through the process. I am terrified of needles, yet she was very calming and gentle, it really was an easy process.
