I felt that I was verbally attacked after complaining about a one and a half hour wait. Of course I am very sorry he has patients with whom he has had to deliver bad news including comforting the families. Being told people need to “chill out” was rude.

Deducted one star because he rushed out of the room after the exam and did not tell me how my prostrate felt. I must say I was not happy at all about the length of time it took for me to see him.
My appointment was for 10:20 and it was 11:25 before I saw him.
