I graded a 3 star because of the wait time. I arrived 30 minutes early and did not expect to be seen early. But my appointment was for 8:40 am and still had to wait 40 minutes after appointment time. That’s not considerate of my time. There was no warning of delays or apology for being late.

Great impersonation skills, listens to your concerns. Takes time to understand how you feel and gives you advice on how to best handle whatever you are dealing with. Highly recommend him.
