Very professional good listener
It felt like Greg was in a big hurry and in interrogation mode. He didn’t ask me questions and then wait for the answer. He asked me questions with the belief that I was in the wrong place. It seemed to upset him when I said I was told to see him first and then see the doctor thereafter. Tears fell the whole appointment. There was no acknowledgment of me or tears, just a pragmatic rude approach. Absolutely zero bedside manner, lots of ego, and didn’t acknowledge that I was in the right place until after he finally looked at my x-rays and examined me at the end of my appointment. Horrible
