I appreciate the help he provided, but he only spent a few minutes with me, which made me feel like my back problem was being treated as trivial. I rated my pain as high as 10 out of 10 and would appreciate more insight into the possible cause and treatment options beyond muscle relaxers. I would also like to understand whether the initial cause could be a bulged or slipped (herniated) disc.

Refused to look at the MRI with contrast that I had with me. Only talked about the l5 and that’s not where my pain is. If he would have at least take a couple minutes to glance over the MRI he would have seen what the x-rays didn’t show.
I have multiple tears across the gluteus. Tears in the distal tendons causing the hips to be unstable. Right side worse than left. Which is funny my left side has the leg pain and numbness.
lumbar spine with severe enhancing endplate stress response along the L5-S1 endplates with possible early evolving compression fracture deformities and evidence of severe stenosis. MRI of the lumbar spine is recommended.

I feel rushed in my 5 min appointment, no well explanation, I been twice and is the same, then they have a different body area to be treated in the charts. I feel ruched to any question, I’m not doubting he is maybe great but no witty me, He make comments about my insurance and my primary physician instead him have to order the MRI with no issues.
