Excellent person, very informative and efficient
My appointment was booked with Dr. Spence. When I arrived the front desk told me I was going to see Grace. I was not informed of this change before my appointment. I had not seen Grace prior to this and Dr. Spence did the surgery. I had to provide all the details of my surgery/follow-up to the nurse and to Grace. While I’m sure Grace is well qualified in her field, I believe I should have been told before my appointment. This appointment made me feel like I was not important to the practice since most of the healing has been completed in spite of lingering pain and discomfort.
Professional, address issue quickly & assisted in setting up appointments to help relieve pain.
