Pleasant, but not too informative and seemed to be in a bit of a hurry.
Such a great listener and her recommendations seem to be working for me and my urinary health.
So knowledgeable and caring a true blessing for people in pain
Very nice and knowledgeable.
Very friendly yet professional!
She I s a pleasant Professional - through always very knowledgeable & answers all my questions and concerns
Grace didn’t listen to me or take into my past history with kidney stones. When I came to her with symptoms of stones, pain, and a x-Ray showing stones, she told me to take ibuprofen for the pain and threw out terms she clearly learned in school as if I were a textbook case. She wouldn’t even acknowledge that I even had stones. I ended up in the ER with emergency surgery due to a blocked kidney and three stones just three days after seeing her. I had to have two surgeries to fix it.
Grace was very personable. She explained everything and answered all of my questions.
Very personable,explained things.
Very professional, clear, explanations, and pleasant
