Awesome patient communication skills. She makes sure she lays out ALL scenarios and explains in full detail. Allowing the patient room to make informed decisions/choices.

Gianna and Dr. Costanzo make a phenomenal team—a well-oiled machine. Gianna takes the time to truly listen. She never makes you feel like just another chart number. She addresses any concerns with patience, gives you her full attention, and always does so with a smile. She has a way of lighting up the room, and that matters. No one wants to be greeted or cared for by someone who seems unhappy to be there. It’s obvious that G genuinely wants to be there. She is present, compassionate, and takes great pride in the care she provides. Her personality and professionalism shine through in every interaction. It’s evident that she’s not simply there to punch a clock and get through the day. I feel I am in more than capable hands and am just as confident in her as I am in Dr. Costanzo. If I were to offer any constructive criticism, it would be directed at the practice—NOT Gianna. The practice’s communication policies and procedures need significant improvement.
