I was disappointed that I was told I would have to wait a week for pre-authorization for an MRI, when I called my insurance they stated I don't need to wait they are approved when requested. I would have liked to see a higher sense of urgency. No need to delay treating an issue that could get worse.

Geoff is a compassionate and caring PA. He listens to my concerns and always gives me the time I need. He's knowledgeable and explains things clearly.

Geoff was very thorough on my shoulder evaluation, and shared the X-ray info well. His intern PA Haley was also thorough and his teaching approach with her was exceptional. They both were wonderful to deal with, sharing information during the whole evaluation and recommendation process -- including a cortisone injection!
