We recently visited Gabrielle Fernandes for my son after he fractured his arm, and the experience was excellent. She took the time to carefully explain the X-rays, the nature of the fracture, and the next steps in his treatment in a clear and reassuring way. She was patient, knowledgeable, and made sure both my son and I felt comfortable and informed.
