Super friendly, informative. Good listener, didn't make me feel rushed, made my assessment of my lifestyle feel like it mattered. I was extremely pleased that he noticed my thinning hair and asked me about it pre-emptively - I was actually there for a different issue but had just recently (as in the last few days!) noticed the change and was worried about it.
