PA DiGiacomo was caring and sympathetic to my needs with utmost professionalism. I felt confident in the care I received and I am looking forward to working with her on my journey to getting healthy. I would also like to note that her assistant, Tad, was kind and knowledgeable and listened to all of my concerns.

Did not feel my concerns were addressed. After a back INJURY where there is a possibility of a CSF leak alls I told was I needed an MRI. I explained I suffer from extreme claustrophobia and would need to be sedated. She sent me out to the check out at this point and was told by several people no one does sedation anymore around here and if I wanted it I would have to go to Reading. I inquired about Hershey Medical and some guy in green scrubs told me no. I was then told when my MRI was set up to just call them and schedule a follow up appointment. I called Hershey Medical when I got home they do do MRI’s with sedation. Also when looking at my after visit summary it says nothing about possible CSF leak and the order for the MRI just says w/ w/o contrast.
Very very disappointed how I was treated all the way around.

PA Esther did a great job with our visit.
1. Answered all my concerns
2. Gave me a breath of hope on procedures available
3. The most important thing she did was,,"LISTEN" to my help

She’s a very personable and allows the patient to talk about their ailments and then asks if the plan feels right with the patient.
