Easiest biopsies I’ve ever had! Erica was great. Friendly, fast, knowledgeable.
She is very personable and catches things I never would expect to be an issue. Just wish she’d slow down a little and be a bit more thorough like check between toes and go over the torso more slowly. But if I could would say 4.5 out of 5.
Erica Frank is very thorough and knowledgeable. She had lots of patience and took her time during the appointment making sure all of o my questions were answered.
