She did not give me the ultrasound order as she said she would during the visit, I had to go back to the office to ask for it. The examination was pretty sloppy.

I was late for my appointment because shortly after I'd originally booked I was contacted asking if I could move the time, which I did but forgot to change it in my calendar. Erica made time to see me despite my being 15 minutes late She was very friendly &;reassuring as we went over my extensive history of surgeries which was much appreciated given that I have doctor issues based on past experiences.
