Eric Szostek, PA-C, developed a passion for Sports Medicine and Orthopedics while growing up and playing basketball in a small town, known for their talented and well-developed basketball program, just west of Ft Worth in Lipan, TX. While attending undergraduate studies at Texas Tech University, he worked as a student Athletic Trainer for Men’s Basketball, Football, and Softball. During and after his pursuit of his Master’s Degree in Athletic Training at Texas Tech Health Sciences Center, he worked with minor league hockey teams, collegiate summer baseball, Texas Tech Men’s Basketball Summer Camps, and served as the Head Athlete Trainer of Lake Dallas High School.
A desire to elevate his knowledge and skills led him to seek a career as a Physician Assistant, and he graduated from UNT Health Science Center with a Master’s in Physician Assistant studies in 2014. Eric Szostek, PA-C, has experience that includes Orthopedics with Surgery, Endocrine and Breast Surgery, and Pediatric General Surgery/Trauma. His special interests include Orthopedics, including upper and lower extremities, joint injections, and joint replacement.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family, traveling, spending time outdoors, and watching his son play sports.
