PA Kaplan is awesome. She was attentive and listened as I explained my symptoms. She gave me options to address the situation, and it felt wonderful to choose the best treatment for me.
I like Dr Kaplan very much and she took her time and explain a lot about my wrist x-rays and arthritis

She was attentive and I have to give her credit - an insurance company called and she had the patience to explain,reexplain a couple of times!! She apologized but I was not upset - better her than me on the phone!! Thank you, Emma - you kept the pain from the cortisone shots!!!🎉🎉
