The biggest comment is the repeated lateness of the staff. The staff is great but can't stay on time. Running over 10-15 min is not uncommon however there is no excuse for 40+ min or more

I feel that I was with a very knowledgeable Physicians assistant. It was very difficult to wait an hour before the visit took place. It actually was a simple visit, but I did get quite a bit of extra information. Terrific people person and PA… I was depressed at the possibility of needing another knee joint replacement and the cortisone shot was an excellent interim option. I am aware of the “placebo effect”, but I woke up this AM with complete mobility in my right knee !!! As a Physician Assistant you are to provide services to patients with care, consideration, and understanding of pain management and problem resolution, in which she does not provide. Not only did she dismiss the pain from my injury, but she also posed comments to Dr. Edmunds that my imaging showed no clear sign of injury and rehabilitation was the only method of recovery. Though, after waiting 3 hours to meet with Dr. Edmunds, as I was intending to do prior to this visit, it was discussed of alternative treatment, resulting in worse results and needing a second opinion. To one, it seemed she dictated the situation without understanding the extent of the problem and made humor of my situation acting as though no pain was experienced. I’d suggest requesting to see Dr. Edmunds to discuss injury and resolution if you want independent answers and recovery.

I did not see Dr Edmunds as scheduled. Emma came in after my X-ray and immediately told me I need a hip replacement as my xray showed I was "bone to bone". I tried to explain to her my pain was in my groin. she just swung my leg from side to side. After "consulting" with Dr Edmunds she said I had cartilage still between my bones and said I needed a cortisone shot for my pain. I tried to explain to her I thought pain was not due to bones rubbing but seemed more muscular. Did not listen as she already concluded I needed a hip replacement

She was fast and abrasive I chose Dr Edmuands for my Surgery because I trust him. I would prefer he be the one doing my rechecks because a full recovery Is important to me and I feel she under minded the trust I was beginning to have in her.
