She was very dry. She did not share the X-Ray's with me. Ask me if I prefer to go to physical therapy or get a MRI of shoulder. I don't want to start therapy without knowing what is wrong with my shoulder. I wanted to see not Segalman but he was not available until next week. I was in to much pain so I saw Emily.

Emily provided postoperative care and she was very prompt, prepared and professional in every way. She explained the findings, addressed my questions without hesitation and was thorough in how to proceed from there. My entire experience from the initial contact to my release today has been nothing short of outstanding! Everyone showed compassion and the care was given with utmost concern for me as a patient. I would highly recommend the services of the entire team that successfully got me through this necessary surgery.
