Dr Gruse was very professional and conveyed exactly what was wrong with my foot and realizing I was a bit of a stubborn patient she made sure I understood the difference between what the walking boot I was being obstinate about not using and the brace she was offering in place of my choice to go without the boot was doing so that I fully understood I was making a lesser choice to use a brace but a better than simply going without choice. 😂 I loved how she accepted the need to pivot without seeming or being visibly annoyed.
