Very helpful
Explained the treatment thoroughly
Elizabeth is very knowledgeable and personable. She clearly explains the results of the XRays and is open to any questions. I feel very confident in her.
Listens, offering alternative treatment for my situation, patient and explains in a way that I could understand. I highly recommend her and I look forward to working with her.
Very patient and answered all of my questions. There is a lot of information and never felt rushed or that she didn’t have time for me. Appreciate everything because this is the first time I’m having this done

Elizabeth (Libby) took her time during my visit. She answered all the questions that I had regarding my current issue as well as possible future issues and remedies. I did not feel rushed.
She was dismissive of my pain symptoms and showed little concern to what I was saying regarding treatments for my knee pain. Took all of maybe 10 mins on me then pushed a script. I had a minor burn on that knee and she acted like it was no big deal and seemed annoyed when I asked for a cream and bandage to cover it up. Little empathy or compassion. May want to reevaluate choice of career. Very upset and dissatisfied with quality of care!
