Elizabeth gave me a cortisone injection last April and it lasted 8months. She supervised Dr Martin when he administered a cortisone shot this morning. I hope this one is as good as the last.

The procedure will take place on my Right Arm not the left as indicated in the paperwork. Had I have known about a pre-op clearance, I could have scheduled that in advance. Now it's difficult to get a date for this with my PCP
