I was pleasantly surprised with the answers and the direction of diagnosis (supremely answered and she had filled in all the questions and concerns I had. Almost like a jigsaw puzzle I had in my head. It made sense and it all came together). I moved from Florida and had been working with several orthopedic doctors and pt. While I thought at the time the doctors were good; however, I had no idea that the pain and limitations I had (I am very active) were fixable.
I was not improving on the pain, mobility, stability and strengthening in my dominant arm and shoulder. Beth put my mind at ease, let me know my options (not as bad as what I thought I was going to have to do) and I am in the process of healing, strengthening and staying as active as I want to be. Pickelball…..here I come.
