She was very rushed, did not bother to examine my knees or adequately freeze skin. I’ve never had painful knee injections like this before - these were quite unpleasant after which she rushed out of the room. The encounter might have taken 2-3 minutes at most. Praying I don’t have to see her for the 3rd injection. Based on all the positive reviews maybe this was a fluke but I didn’t get any sense of connection or concern from this PA just 2 knees to inject as fast as possible and get out.

Top flight! Well prepared and thorough with diagnosis and treatment plan. Listens attentively and records all information in the official medical notes. I used Duke before checking your place. Elizabeth is the primary reason I switched my Ortho requirements to you folks. Side note: late Autumn and Winter sun angle streams directly on the eyes of the main entrance staff...especially those first two cubicles. They squint and the morning must be unbearable..both for staff and patients. Please install electronic shades on the top south facing windows. I am not in the business but being in such conditions when young, and being in management later, I notice these things.
