I would have given her a 5 but there was some confusion on the location of my X-rays. Last time it was at the hospital, but this time it was at the clinic. I had gone into the office prepared to agree to a surgery I believed I needed. Dr. Fuller asked a few questions, did a brief exam, and it turns out another issue was causing the same/similar symptoms. The great news is that injections ought to resolve this new issue. She is down to earth, knowledgeable and kind. Highly recommend.

Dr. Fuller was professional, but rather cold and disconnected. I've had extreme pain in my hip and only have 2 weeks until my hip replacement, I can barely walk. I asked if I could get some pain relief. She stood up, and in her snarkiest voice, said, "WE don't prescribe opiods or narcotics!". I am not a drug addict, and if I was a drug addict, I would not go begging to an ortho office, I'd hit up a minute clinic. I was very offended by her assumption that I was somehow trying to get drugs. I said, "I am not specifically asking for anything narcotic or opiod, and would not know the difference!". As she walked out of the room, she said, "Take some Tylenol". If there is a reason to not have something to help with pain, I can understand that. But to treat a patient like they are a drug addict is unacceptable. I hope I don't have to interact with Dr. Fuller again. She evidently has had past experiences that affects her ability to consider current circumstances. Very offensive.
