My last appointment was the first time I met Miss Luu and she seemed to listen to me and she was compassionate about my feelings and pain..that's important to me...thank you.
too busy for questions or explanations of MRIs done. Long wait times and very short patient care time. Insensitive.
Elena was friendly, professional & was about helping me & my medical issues. Took the needed amount of time & I did NOT feel rushed. She was amazing.
