was very disappointed with my experience at this rheumatology clinic. I came to the appointment looking for answers, guidance, and some understanding of what could be causing my symptoms. Unfortunately, I felt very little compassion or concern from the doctor. Her attitude came across as very negative and disengaged. It honestly felt as though she was burned out, needed a break, and simply did not want to be there. I had to ask questions myself just to get some direction about what I should do next. When someone comes to a specialist because they are experiencing pain and are worried about a possible autoimmune condition, they deserve to feel heard and to leave with a clear understanding of the next steps. I left feeling discouraged, dismissed, and without the guidance I had hoped to receive. I understand that healthcare professionals have difficult and demanding jobs, but patients still deserve compassion, communication, and respect. Unfortunately, that was not my experience at th
