AARA has been an ok service; it’s difficult to get ahold of anyone over phone, especially the infusion center for scheduling. It’s understandable while also a barrier to care.
Dr Gazo was distracted frequently during my visit; I repeated myself several times. I was frustrated trying to get my concerns heard. As a patient, I just feel like a check box for them as they rush in and out.
