Edith is very thorough and attentive to my concerns. By being thorough I mean that in reading through my chart there she caught that I had not had a bone scan or chest x-ray in a long time & I scheduled that before I left. Thanks!!!

It seemed like she did not even want to be there or listen to the answers to the question she was asking me. She also had next to no eye contact and was checking her Apple Watch and actively doing things on her Apple Watch while I was talking (no apologies given either). She didn’t even pay attention which was very apparent because she asked me things that I had already answered or wouldn’t let me finish when asking about symptoms.
