Where did you get this guy??? AND don’t lose him. Very pleasant and immediately calming. Knew exactly what he was doing and explained every move and answered every question— no bums rush!! Was very open in information. I was very anxious coming in and VERY calm, happy and relieved going out— even though I still had a broken ankle. That’s about as good as it gets!!!!
