Maggie Skiba, PA-C

Maggie Skiba is a certified Physician Assistant that is an integral part of Dr. Frisch’s team. She sees patients as part of Dr. Frisch’s team and assists in the operating room.

Maggie is originally from Alpena. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Michigan (Go Blue!!!) with a focus in biology.

After completion of her undergraduate program, she earned a Masters of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Detroit Mercy.

Maggie is board certified by the National Commission of Certification of Physician Assistants. She is also a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Michigan Academy of Physician Assistants.

Maggie is extremely proficient at diagnosing and treating patients in clinic, administering injections, first assisting in the operating room, and managing patients post-operatively.

Maggie has an extraordinary amount of training, skill and compassion and is a perfect complement to Dr. Frisch’s team approach when it comes to treating patients and helping them through their orthopedic injury.
