I am hoping Isaac reads this message! I had no problems with anything in your office today except with the "exiting" from the patient room to leave. Being 80 years old, and having an ultra sound in one room and then being shuffled to another room to meet with you, I was disoriented as to where the "APPROPRIATE EXIT" was to leave your office. Outside my room, I saw an exit sign and since no one was there to tell me where to go, I entered the doorway. WRONG! The door locked behind me and all the other doors were locked in that hallway as well. I banged on the door. No answer! If I hadn't had my cell phone to call the nurse, I probably would have been in there for hours before passing out from exhaustion! PLEASE, PLEASE so this doesn't happen to anyone else in the future, have a tech person lead the patient to the appropriate exit so such an experience doesn't happen to someone else!
