Because I am several hours away I really appreciate having the online meeting, but last time and this time I’ve had to wait on the line for over an hour. There should be better communication instead of me just sitting on hold waiting.

Amy is exceptional at what she does. I never felt rushed and she genuinely listened to my concerns. During my visit, I was brought to tears because she truly understood me and is helping get to the bottom of symptoms that other providers had not taken seriously. Amy always takes the time to go through lab work and then the current settings on my pump. I never feel rushed or like I am holding the staff up from leaving for the day. I am so happy that I was recommended to Magnolia years ago. I drive 20+ miles every three months but the one on one with Amy is unparalleled.
