Dr Douglas, is what I call Douglas. He is awesome. I can ask any questions and he answers them. If I have any concerns we address them. I'm glad he is on my team. He was there for my first knee replacement and he is here for the second. I was disappointed in my healing, when he explained every surgery won't be the same and this was really helpful cause I was getting discouraged.

Douglas is very friendly, polite and knowledgeable. He willingly answers all questions and he’s very patient even when you ask stupid questions. He also had a sense of humor. I would recommend him as a medical assistant. I hope he is in medical school.
