This is the first time I saw Dr.Olson and I liked his demeanor and professionalism. I am just starting with him as a health provider so I reserve my rating to get better with my next visit

Don’t feel issue fully addressed. After 5 eeekd of surgery pain swelling still there.

Douglas is very rude, unprofessional, and condescending. This is the second encounter that he did not display professionalism. His bedside manner and phone etiquette requires much work.

I've been seeing him over a few years now and he not only answers all of my questions and/or concerns, he has a great bedside manner. He knows how to give a cortisone shot with very little pain.

Saw Douglas for 1st time today 2 weeks post knee replacement. Very short wait. He was proficient changing dressing. Gave advice and done.
