Very nice lady and very knowledgeable
Donielle was great and thorough with my daughter; however the wait was disappointing. We were called the day before the appointment to move her appointment time from 3:30 to 1:45. We drive from Perrysburg so she missed a half day of school only to be told when we arrived that they were running an hour behind. We were finally called back for her appointment at 3:15.
