I honestly was extremely disappointed that I didn’t feel heard as a patient. I expressed my concerns about my pain in my knee and I felt like it was brushed off. Every patient should be heard and taken seriously. I have a high pain tolerance and this is just past the point where I can handle. To top it off, when I asked to be referred to the surgeon, he put down to schedule me a routine appt instead of urgent. That is absolutely ridiculous considering I’m waiting weeks between appts to be directed to someone else. He didn’t take my pain seriously and I won’t go back.
I have been treated for an old knee injury and switched from another provider in the valley. Things with Donald Morgenson have been great so far and we're getting a plan together to get some relief. I appreciate how thorough he is about explaining what is going on, what treatment options are out there. It just feels good to be on a track to feeling relief. He is so kind and genuine in nature which is always appreciated.
Donald asked me did I have any problems besides my left shoulder he and Dr. Degan repaired greatly to my satifaction I told him about pain in my right hip. He recommended Dr. Myerthall. He let me know I could make an appointment at the checkout counter. I'm glad I got it done very easily.
