Dijana is amazing! She is very helpful and takes the time to really explain any questions you have. Also is very helpful and reliable when it comes to any issues you may have and always gets back to you in a timely manner.
Tone comes off a bit harsh. Every concern I have gets immediately dismissed. Very indirect responses that leave me more confused leaving than when I come in. I’m never given a straight answer to anything.
