Terrible communication by her and her staff.Had appointment for six months on the books.Had just been in office 6 days prior for labs.Have been established patient for years.Completed all pre-appointment paperwork and provided insurance info four separate times since Jan 1st.Upon check-in at office front desk thought I was first time patient. After much discussion finally found me in their system and noted I had two appointments, one with Dr and one for injection.Had received multiple texts from office for over a week confirming the same two appts. Upon meeting with Dr she stated I had no injection appointment and because I just provided new insurance today they had not obtained pre-authorization. All of that is false, they have had my insurance since first of year when I came in for previous appointments. Have provided both in person and online. They had 6 months to obtain pre-authorization. Clearly she had not looked at my chart until she walked in and sat down. terrible service!

Visit went well. I do, however, think that I should have been given the 80 MG Kenalog injection. The 60 is not enough to bring me out of this flare.

Dijana is excellent! I started seeing her in September 2025. She was very thorough in working me up and figuring out what was causing me debilitating pain and stiffness. Fast forward to June 2026 I have been on infusions since December. I’m doing so much better. I am back to doing all the things I couldn’t do when I was unwell. I am forever grateful!
