I didn’t care for the way she “talk down“ to me. All she had to do was interpret the MRI and the x-ray and tell me what I had to do to improve my situation and instead she seemed to want to give me an anatomy lesson. When I told her I wasn’t interested in a Cortizone injection she seemed annoyed. She wanted to continue telling me why I should have a Cortizone injection. When I told her that this Office had given me one several years ago she just said that their records don’t go past five years back. Well I had been there about 10 years ago and had a cortisone shot and it didn’t help. She got buried defensive about the fact that they don’t have records to prove that I told her that yes, it had indeed happened. In general, she was very disrespectful.
