She was an amazing communicator listened to my concern and escalated them to a level where I felt as though my issues were addressed without magnifying my concerns. I felt as though she was listening intently while being efficient. Leaving the visit I had clear understanding of what my next steps were and how to accomplish them.

Dhithya was fantastic and has restored my faith in our troubling healthcare system. She communicated with me in terms I could understand. I asked if I could be assigned to her permanently. Unfortunately, not possible. She is a float provider.
