Very upset that he walks in and tells me I no longer can come and receive my meds . I feel this is very unethical . I should have known way before the time I came in .Dr klavoski had retired. Then tells me I have to find my own doctor and the only one is that they could give me is to go out of town.

I had hurt my hand with a trip and fall. Had xrays at the express care location and nothing was broken. It had not improved after one month, so I made an appointment to see Devin for the first time. He gently examined the location and asked me to try a few simple movements that were not simple for me due to injury. After discussing what he thought could be wrong and imagining needed to diagnose, I left feeling that I was heard and understood. Thank you Devin for everything.

He is a very good doctor ,He did help me out a great deal My knee is in bad shape and he eased the pain down quite a bit but my hip is still hurting was told to use over the counter pain relief cream only a temporary fix I need a permanent fix

The biggest problem was the appointment confirmation said to arrive 15 minutes early. I did but then didn't called back until 25 minutes after my appointment time. That had me waiting 40 minutes and then waited again after being called back to the room.

I feel that I was not given all the info and options about my break. The doctor was consistently late and I felt he did not give me sufficient time during my scheduled appointments.

I was very disappointed. I was told Dr. couldn't give me a cortisone shot in my knee because it wasn't swollen enough. Basically I was given the run around for a more expensive surgical procedure instead. I wont be back or recommend the Center.
