Derek was pleasant to work with, seemed interested in my issue and gave me assurance in my concern.
Having cortisone shots in my knees has been such an unpleasant event in the past (different orthopedic practice), that I was anxious coming in to the procedure today. Derek DeYoung talked me through everything beforehand, and the shots were 10x more comfortable this time! I’m very relieved and pleased.
Very engaged in the diagnosis process and care of both knees. Thoroughly explained my options, including the pros and cons, and listened very attentively to my concerns. Had an injection in both knees and did not feel the injections.
