I had disturbing to me redness at surgery site. Called and was able to get an appointment the next morning. Was a worried mess so finding out it was not septic, etc. and maybe an antibiotic would help was a BIG relief. And the redness is lessening.

Derek is a darling. I see no one but him. He’s so gentle when giving me my knee injections. He asked the time to sit down and talk to you and he listens also. I love him to death.

I’ve been seeing Derek for a couple of years now. I was just before having knee replacement and Derek has kept it off. As long as I get my injections every three months my knees are doing way to good for knee replacement. Derek is very professional and always listens. He’s never in a hurry to get you in and out. Derek is so pleasant everyone I see him. Never rushes you and always goes all the way to see that I get all my injections I needs and finds out from my insurance company what it covers for me.

This was my first time meeting with Derek. Although I felt like the information given to me was accurate, as compared to other visits I have had with Orthopedic. But, I also felt rushed through my appointment. Derek was very direct and quickly ran through all the options, but giving little time to respond and when a chance to respond was given, I did not feel like I was able to share as much as I would like to. Again, I do feel like I had a good visit, just some things I noticed during it that could have made my visit more comfortable.

He could sell a car or get a loan from a bank easily. He answered all our questions honestly and completely giving us all the options about treatment and what to expect and not expect from the treatment received. Would have given him a 4.5 star rating if that was available. Let's hope that the chemistry of the shots for the knees will work.
