Denese is friendly, thoughtful and caring. She thoroughly explained my x-ray results, examined and manipulated my knee to ascertain movement, explained in detail my prognosis and allayed my fears of getting knee injections and what exactly they do. She explained the need to keep taking my Celebrex, how topicals work, the purpose of using heat and ice, and discussed the ongoing plan of action.
