As a patient that had Stage 3 Melanoma on my arm that grew and manifested in to Stage 4 cancer with 6 tumors in my brain I tend to ask questions about my health. When I attempted to ask Dr. Zimmermann about the results of a current test he became agitated that I asked the same question twice and proceeded to physically yell at me. When I told him not to yell at me, he responded with "How many times do I have to tell you." I understand repeating oneself can be irritating, but this is my health and if I need to ask a question regarding my results and the recommended procedures more than once, then I expect the medical professional to have a little bedside manner and compassion and help explain rather than yell because they had to repeat themselves.
