I think he was in a rush and not very Thorough. I left not really knowing any follow ups beside possible pt. I got a cortisone shot and it’s helping. The summary I received is a joke:
Assessment and plan, osteoarthritis.
Discussion note: none recorded.
Patient education handouts, no information available.
This tells me nothing.
Plan of care, ice Tylenol and nsaid if still sore. I already know that from before mri. Visit
We pay a lot of money to see a dr for like 10 minutes.
