Dana is great, answered all of our questions! Very understanding!
I thought she was very professional and knowledgeable. She took control of the uncomfortable stuff and took care of business quickly. I tried to crack a couple of jokes cause I was nervous. She wasn’t very amused but she took care business. I would recommend her to other people.
