Dana had little bedside manner or empathy. She said that the ultrasound i had on my bladder & kidneys (prescribed by kidney Dr.) Was a 'waste of time after telling me she had difficulty reading ultrasounds! -- as she was looking at mine! I'm not one who has to be 'pampered, but a little empathy about an issue I've been struggling with for yrs would have been nice.

Dana was terrific. She was friendly, put me at ease, answered all my questions, including a question I forgot to ask until I got home. She called me back to answer that question. Very pleased!
