I've been dealing with a lot of pain and a lot of different people in order to ameliorate it. Dana was a level above those before who, while professional, didn't really hear my issues. She listened and along with the physician left me feeling they heard me and did everything possible to help relieve the issue that has been plaguing me for weeks.
